ABOUT MYSELF

I’m Shanice! Known for talking too much and singing in the gym 24/7 (as my clients highlight). I’m a motivator and like to stay creative, keeping workouts fun and varied.

FAVOURITE FOOD:

For my favourite food I don’t really have one in particular, but if I had to choose it would be between roast dinner or steak.

FAVOURITE EXERCISE:

Barbell movements such as Squats, Deadlifts and Presses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • (Currently working on Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training)

WHY I DO MY JOB:

Working for Bornefit allows me to work for an industry that I’ve always had a passion for; training alongside team members and customers to achieve goals. It also allows me to focus on my career path which is to become a fitness instructor and personal trainer which I have dreamed about doing since a young age.
 
Outside of work, I love being active, whether that’s in the gym or taking part in outside activities. In the gym I would say the barbell is my most favourite piece of equipment due to the range of exercises you can do with them. I also enjoy spending time with my dogs; adventuring new and old places.
