ABOUT MYSELF

For anyone that doesn’t know me already I’m Liam! I’m a super positive and motivated person. I’m very driven and absolutely love everything to do with fitness. I fell in love with the gym and training about 5 years ago and it has developed me as a person physically and mentally. I’m really passionate about nutrition and have a massive love for weight training. I’m always keen for a chat about training, food or anything really so if you see me in the gym come and say Hi!

FAVOURITE FOOD:

My favourite food is without a doubt PIZZA! (Specifically meatfeast with jalapeños).

BIGGEST INSPIRATION:

Without a doubt my Dad. He’s the most caring selfless, hardworking person I know and he inspires me everyday to work hard, be greatful and help other people. I owe so much of who I am as a person to him and he will always be my biggest inspiration!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor

FAVOURITE MOVIE:

 I don’t have 1 favourite movie but one of my top 3 has to be Avatar!

FAVOURITE EXERCISE:

Flat Dumbbell Press, nice and simple movement but awesome!

WHY I DO MY JOB:

I do this job because I absolutely love helping other people achieve their goals. I know how much training and nutrition has helped me overcome so much in my life. My aim is to help my clients grow as people and overcome hurdles in their training and help them truly understand nutrition. Seeing clients better themselves and fall in love with training is why I do this job and it’s what makes every single day worth it!
