ABOUT MYSELF

My name is Rachel, I’m a Scottish girl loving the Cornish life and you can often find me exploring Cornwall on my bike. I became a personal trainer around 4 years ago after combining two passions, fitness and helping others. I have always enjoyed a wide range of sports, I then found a love for trail running, it was whilst recovering from injuries that I became aware of the benefits of resistance training which has formed part of my own training ever since and this is now combined with my road-biking.

My favourite food is Seafood!

My inspiration is role models Jessica Ennis-Hill & Juliet Elliott.

WHY I DO MY JOB:

I am passionate about helping people find the right balance of activity and nutrition to enable them to become fitter and healthier. I love to introduce my clients to the benefits & techniques of structured resistance training. I love seeing the positive impact setting and achieving fitness goals has for my clients. When this is then developed to strength goals, this brings so much positive attitude to many areas of their lives.
