I’d describe myself as a full of life individual. My training style is considerable, as I believe you should understand all types of fitness to truly help the person in front of you. I consider myself to be approachable and friendly whilst also maintaining a strong level of results from my clients through motivation.
WHY I DO MY JOB:
Fitness for me has been something I have done from a very early age. Starting my early working years as a dancer, I progressed on to Personal Training in 2018. Over the years my weight has fluctuated from 9.5 stone to 14 stone and everywhere in between. I want to help those that like me struggled to walk through the door of the gym out of embarrassment. I want to help those that find food to be a coping mechanism rather than a fuel. Ultimately I want to help people find a happy medium and balance in life and open their eyes to see that food and fitness can live harmoniously together if you find something that works for you!
