“Im a working mum 43 and the weight was slowly creeping up and up. I was tired all the time and getting a bit depressed about it. I would go up the stairs to run up the stairs and be out of breath. I thought the only way I could lose weight would deprive myself of food and be at the gym all the time.

Then a mate told me about a new group starting at the gym called Reborne and would focus on those wanting to lose weight or tone up etc and thought -sod it! So I gave it a go and it is the best thing I have ever done!

I started off my when I joined on the 7th Jan weighing 93kg I weighed in this week 07.03.20 and I am now 79.5kg. Reborne has taught me that 80% of losing weight is about understand food not depriving myself of food which is what I did before and my weight would yo yo up and down. I have learned about carbs, protein and fats as well as treats the can have that fit into my daily calories. I love cheese, crisps (even have a McDonalds breakfast) etc but I still have these but work them into my daily and weekly plan. I go the gym on average to the gym classes 3 times a week and I feel so much better in myself physically and mentally.

The group is supportive every one motivates you 100% and cant thank the BORNEFIT enough. All the staff at the gym are amazing, they are so helpful. BORNEFIT is a community gym and it shows in everything that they do they care about you as person.”
